Name: Hamish Johnson aka The Walking Westie
Date of Birth: 30 July 2004 - birthday gifts received with grace and appreciation
Star Sign: Leo
Favourite Words: Walk, dinner
Least Favourite Words: Bath, Crate
Favourite Food: Doggy Chocolate, steak, chicken, fresh fish, liver, ham, cheese, apples and carrots
Food dislikes: None really although I only eat dog food when I really have to
Favourite Places: my bed, the sofa (don't tell mum and dad), out on a walk, the beach, Munro Bagging (well, the sarnie eating anyway)
Groomer: Pamela of Pampered Pets
Friends: I have recently moved to Blairgowrie and yet to make any new doggie friends. My most memorable date is with Mabel, a lurcher who came to stay at the B&B one summer. I also love my old (or should that be former although they are quite old compared to me) human neighbours Paul & Jo as they are lovely when they look after me!
Characteristics:
I'm a very sensitive little dog who adores his mum (cos she's a big softy and gives me loads of tit bits). Don't be fooled though, I can also be a ferocious guard dog, well I can bark loudly if that helps. I am full of fun, loyal and a friendly
companion who is well behaved (unless the male selective hearing is on) and am hardly spoilt at all. Don't all Westies have their own websites?
School:
I have been home schooled although I did attend Tayport School for Pups on a Sunday morning when I was little. My teacher Lyndsay said I was the best behaved Westie she had ever taught!
Outfits:
I am not a great fan of clothes although my mum tries to put me in little coats from time to time. I think they look naff as does my dad. I can't believe someone has sneaked that photo of me in a coat into my Gallery.
Toys:
I don't have many toys as I still chew them and rip them apart - that's a terrier for you grrrr - especially if they have squeaks and/or eyes. I like chasing tennis balls and sticks and a frisbee on the beach.
Personal Achievements:
Munro bagging - bet there's not many Westies been over 3000'
Mouse catching - living in the country I see plenty of mice out on walks and I can't resist sniffing them out!
